A Framer's Company, Built on the Trade That Holds Everything Up
RS Development Group was founded in 2008 by Rogerio Alves, our Owner & Master Framer, and is headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts. We started with structural framing — the skeleton every building depends on — and that origin still shapes how we run every project today: measure twice, build once, and leave nothing for the next trade to fix.
Over the years that framing foundation grew into full-service construction. Today we frame new homes and additions, build and re-roof, install decks and siding, and general contract complete remodels. Because we understand structure first, we coordinate every other trade with an eye on what is behind the wall — not just what is in front of it. That is the difference between a house that looks finished and a house that is built to last for generations.
